We are delighted to have you on board and appreciate your purchase of our services/products from our website (www.lawprotectorsipr.in). Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. Below is our standard operating procedure for processing refunds:
Refund Policy
Refund at the Client’s Discretion:
- Refund Request within 4 Hours:
- We will refund 100% of the amount received if you notify us within 4 hours of the purchase or payment via email at info@lawprotectorsipr.in.
- Refund Request after 4 Hours:
- No refund will be issued if the request is made after 4 hours from the time of payment.
- Assignment to Professionals:
- No refund shall be made once the order is assigned to our network of professionals (CA, CS, Lawyers, Engineers, Management Consultants, and other professionals).
- Non-Response from Client:
- If you do not respond to our email/call/WhatsApp for more than seven (7) days, the order shall be deemed canceled, and no refund will occur under any circumstances.
Approval from Consultant:
- Refunds are subject to approval from the assigned consultant. In case of any dispute between the client and consultant, it will be considered an individual dispute, and lawprotectorsipr.in will not be liable.
Understanding Before Purchase:
- By purchasing services from our website, lawprotectorsipr.in, you acknowledge that you understand the applicable government fees, compliance requirements, and necessary documents or facilities required to secure such licenses or registrations. You must furnish all documents and information as requested by our professionals.
Refund Due to Inability to Deliver Services
- Change in Law:
- If our professionals cannot deliver the services due to a change in the law and you cannot fulfill the revised regulatory norms, no refund shall be made.
- Inability to Deliver:
- If our professionals are unable to deliver the services due to lack of experience or refusal to work on your assignment, we may reassign the service order to another professional in our network. If none of the professionals can deliver the services within 30 days, you may request a refund by writing to info@lawprotectorsipr.in.
- Government Delays:
- Any delay from regulatory authorities shall not be considered a delay from the consultant’s end.
Application Rejection:
- No refund request shall be entertained in case of application rejection by government authorities for reasons beyond the control of the professional. If you wish to reapply after rejection, you will have to pay 70% of the professional fees and 100% of the government fees and other required expenses.
Government Penalties:
- You are responsible for any penalties or fees imposed by government authorities. lawprotectorsipr.in and our consultants shall not be held responsible.
Platform Usage:
- By purchasing services from our website, you confirm that you are not an agent, middleman, or unregistered legal professional. Orders from middlemen or unregistered professionals will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method and shall not be issued to any third party. The refund process, upon approval, will take 30 to 60 working days.
Escalation Matrix
- Level 1:
- Email the designated professional (CA/CS/other professionals) and cc info@lawprotectorsipr.in. This may take up to a week to finalize.
- Level 2:
- If unsatisfied with Level 1, appeal to our nodal officer at info@lawprotectorsipr.in. This may take up to seven (7) working days, and the nodal officer’s decision is final.
Other Terms
- Payments made online to our specified bank account will be confirmed, and a professional will be assigned within 30 minutes.
- By making a payment, you acknowledge your service requirements and the necessary documents.
- Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the New Delhi court.
